+ – Which types of phones work with the Phone Silk?
Phone Silks are design with versatility in mind, so we made them universally compatible with any smart phone that will fit comfortably on your forearm. You can use your phone through the phone silk or just slide your finger under the edge of the pocket to activate your phone. If you should find that your fingerprint phone doesn’t work well with the silk, please return it for a refund.
To determine the size of your Phone Silk, the measurement is taken around the elbow in inches:
  • Small: 8" - 9.5 " circumference
  • Medium: 9.5" - 11" circumference
  • Large: 11" - 13" circumference
  • X large: 13" - 15" circumference
Sizes are the same for Men & Women. Phone Silks can also be worn over your jacket to easily answer your phone, change music, use apps and such while enjoying your favorite cooler weather activities - just take the measurement with your jacket on. If you receive your silk and feel it is too tight or loose, please remove it and return it within 2 weeks to exchange for a different size.
We have designed your Phone Silk to last, so the pocket was carefully engineered to be sturdy while still retaining as much visibility of your phone as possible. Be sure to adjust your phone screen to full brightness when using the Phone Silk. Some phone screens may be difficult to view in very bright sunlight.
Your silk can be washed in cold water on gentle cycle, inside out, or hand wash. Drip dry – no dryer.
If you’re not thrilled with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and return your Phone Silk within 2 weeks for an exchange or refund of your purchase price.
